Postpartum period already?

I stopped bleeding by 3 weeks postpartum but now I’m 5 weeks and I noticed bleeding starting up again. Could this be my period returning already?? Or is it possible for normal postpartum bleeding to come and go?

Mine would come and go for the first 4-5 weeks...are you breastfeeding? It’s more likely to be a period if you aren’t

I bled for two weeks, then started bleeding again two weeks after that. My doc said anything up to six weeks is most likely postpartum bleeding.
