No clue what to do!
I had my LO 9 months ago. Despite being exclusively breastfed, AF returned at 6 weeks PP and has been regular since. My spouse and I have decided to ttc in December. I have been waiting for AF so I could start opks, but here we are CD 40 with no chance of pregnancy and no AF.
Have any other mamas experienced a drastically delayed AF while breastfeeding after having menstruation return?
