Have anyone tried Premama sleep Aid to help with sleeping?? I want to try it

My doctor recommended Unisom and it's worked like a charm. You can also take Tylenol PM according the the pregnancy info packet I got!

I heard the premama sleep Aid tastes nasty I’ll take it before going to bed I just hope it works
