Which week does the 2nd trimester start?

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I’ve seen conflicting information.  Some websites say week 13 and some say week 14.

I asked my doctor this because I had seen so many conflicting numbers online! She said there’s no consensus among doctors either whether it’s week 13 or 14 (probably because it’s really when you hit 13.3, as PP said). I think once you’re in week 13, it’s totally fine to say ‘2nd trimester’ 😉
