help.

so I got put on bed rest cause I have been having complications and contractions since 24 weeks I'm now about 27 with same still on bed rest till 34 weeks where my doc says it's safe to deliver my baby. I have a 8 month old he don't want me carrying or chasing around I'm suppose to get help from my family for a bit but tomorrow both my mom and sister are going to a birthday party that they say they have to go to and no one else can help me the thing is my doc and I are worried that taking care of my son tomorrow I will dilate and he thinks it's to early for that what should I do take my chances?.
