Suddenly not engorged,??

This is day 7 since I delivered. I was severely engorged the past week. Like they wouldn’t even empty. Now after she went 5 hours without eating yesterday they’re not engorged. Does that mean I lost my supply?

I don't think so, I think your body is just adjusting. you could always pump to help it.

The first week my breasts were a mess. Constantly engorged, hurtting, and leaking everywhere. Around day 8 or 9 they got used to supply and settled down.
