Gotta choose your outifit, do ya makeup to match the outfit eg. eyeshadows etc & match your hair to the two of those. It's a fact of order.

I kind of do something in the order I happen to do it at that time. Sometimes I do my hair first, other times last. If it’s a special occasion, I’ll shower, do my makeup, get dressed, then do my hair.
