TTC... last period 9/29/17... help!

So my last period started 9/29/17. After that I decided to get off bc. Around Halloween, I spotted for a few days and it was very light. I took a test on 10/23/17 and it was negative. Could I have tested to early? I haven't gotten my period yet but I know it could take up to a few months for your period to resume after getting off the pill. I haven't taken another test yet. Could it be possible to be pregnant that fast? I've also been having a few symptoms but it could just be in my mind 😓😓
