Am I paranoid

My left side kinda hurts I pooped and realsed has and the side still kinda hurts I think I should be getting my period soon, every time I got to curl up out of bed the side kinda hurts I keep thinking it’s my appendix. I think I’m over re acting it doesn’t hurt when I lay down or anything.
