How often does your 8 month old breastfeed and how much solid food do we hey take?

Jack will be 8 months this week, and he nurses every 2-3 hours. I’m worried I’m not giving him enough solid food. He takes 1-2 baby food jars for lunch and dinner, and oatmeal in the morning. He’s a big kid too, 20ish lbs.

My 8 month old is breastfeeding every 3 to 4 hours. We feed him twice a day puréed food or whatever we eat if he can eat it of course. He may or may not nurse during the night but def early in the mornings from 4 to 6 am. It just depends. He is 20 lbs

My daughter is 8.5 months. She nurses around every three-four hours during day and still once at night . She has three meals and sometimes a snack. Usually breakfast i will make scrambled eggs , toast, pancakes etc. Lunch is a container of whole yogurt with fruit mixed in, and dinner is either meatballs, shredded chicken, pasta , veggies such as cut up sweet potato or cut green beans that she can pick up. I also sometimes give cereal at night... the infant kind . I try to five her the cereal at night in addition to whatever she’s eating.

My daughter breast feeds every 4-6 ish hours, depending on what we are doing. She eats rice cereal or something of the sort with fruit in the morning and has “lunch” and “supper” (depends what is made she will either have real food in appropriate size pieces or puréed food) and she’s approx 20lbs.
