The past few days I have been kind of sick. yesterday my body ached so much, no fever or actually being sick. I've also been dealing with constipation (day 3). I'm writing here because also the past few days I've had pain discomfort on my right side bellow my belly and lower back. I'm in my fertile window. My ovulation day was yesterday according to Glow. I'm not sure what the pain is from... ovulating or being backed up. Has anyone had this? What was it from and How can I feel better?
