Eating healthier...

Okay so I’m attempting to eat healthier and to some it might not even be healthy but this morning I woke up and ate scrambled eggs and strawberry yogurt along with lemon water. At lunch i went to a baby shower so I ate what was there which was chicken salad on a croissant. Then for dinner I don’t know a lot of recipes yet so I ate a turkey and cheese sandwich which I know isn’t healthy and I’m still starving and it’s 8:30 I ate a few grapes but omg I’m dying lol. This is day 1 of me trying to change my eating habits and so far it’s not going to well but on the plus side I didn’t drink any pop and drank 2 bottles of water ☺️☺️☺️☺️ what are some quick/easy healthy dinners?
