urgent question!! update

so my husband and I decided to take a weekend getaway to a mountain cabin with our 6 week old and like air heads totally spaced on bringing his pack n play. we've looked around for a potential makeshift bed but nothing will work safely. we've thought about using the car seat but I've heard horror stories about babies sleeping in them for long periods of time and our only other option is putting him in the bed with us. does anyone have any suggestions?

update: so I remembered my stroller is in the car! going to just lay it down flat and have him sleep in that. I feel it's better than the car seat or bed sharing. thanks for all the suggestions!
