I️ dry shaved today and now my legs and filled with tiny bumps and their itchy :( how do I️ get rid of it

Don't dry shave in the first place! Try moisturising to reduce sting or aloe Vera maybe but otherwise shave with shaving cream or worst case soap

You should never dry shave it’s bad for you and it irritates your skin. Try rubbing your legs with an ice cube to cool it down then pit some moisturiser
