I'm a FTM wondering what all I need to bring in his diaper bag and for myself and husband?

YouTube is a great resource for info on this! You can get lots of opinions on what to being from both first time moms and moms of multiple children going again. I'm going to rewatch the videos I've watched and make a list based off of their suggestions.

Agreed - check YouTube! I did that with my first and it helped a ton. 
With baby #2 this is what my list looks like:
Good to Have: 
-Hand sanitizer 
-Gum
-Protein Bars 
For Baby:
-Going home outfit (newborn and 0-3m just in case)
-Baby socks/mittens
-Fleece blanket 
-Hats (x2) 
-Car seat 
-Nursing Cover 
For Husband:
Pajamas
Socks/underwear
Toiletries 
Phone charger 
Shower slippers 
Extra outfit
Bag for dirty clothes 
For Mama:
Robe 
Nursing bra (x2)
Socks/underwear 
Going home outfit
Toiletries 
Mirror/makeup
Hairbrush 
Hair clip + hair tie 
Phone charger
Shower slippers 
Bag for dirty clothes
Pen + notepad *this is handy to write down important information and keep track of feedings, diaper changes, etc.
