Okay so my 4(almost 5) month old son has had diarrhea for the last 2 Days probably. How can I be sure to keep him hydrated? How long will it go on before I should get worried? I’ve monitored his wet diapers and it has seemed to slow down slightly. But I’m not sure how many is normal in a day. He’s been slobbering less lately (he’s teething so usually there’s a lot), but not a huge difference. Am I able to give him a little water? He’s eating normal, but sleeping a lot more the last couple days. I just took his temp and it’s 98.1 under his arm. At what point do I need to worry? I’m nervous he’s going to get dehydrated.
