I received an envelope in the mail yesterday. It had an eagle on it and said "Important vehicle information enclosed, please open immediately". It also said it was from Alabama. I live in Utah, so I thought it was really important. I opened it and it was an add for a furniture store here in my small town. Is it legal for them to send their adds in envelopes like that? I don't even know why they have envelopes like that when they have nothing to do with vehicles. I don't appreciate them making me worried like that.
