Chemical pregnancy

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for a year! Which has been difficult with me having endometriosis and PCOS! But Friday I got a amazing news a positive pregnancy test! But that same day I started my period and was told by my dr that most likely I was having a chemical pregnancy! I am devastated!! I’m feeling so disappointed how do I move forward?
