I don’t know a lot of other moms who breast feed or just a lot of moms my age in general but I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding for 6 months but it seems she’s no longer satisfied with just my milk. She eats maybe every 30 mins for 10-40 mins at a time or she’ll fall asleep. During the night she sleeps maybe an hour and a half at most by herself and usually needs a feeding more than a few times a night. I’ve started trying small foods with her and rice cereal because it seems she’s always hungry. I’ve only been able to give her tiny portions since I need to pump my milk and the best I’ve gotten was maybe 2 oz. usually lower. I’m kinda concerned that shes not getting enough milk or that she just needs more than just my milk. I’m not sure what to do, try lactation pills? Super health diet? I’ve considered formula a couple times just because it would be easier on me in so many ways but I’m lost on what to do I’ve tried warm/hot compressions, massages, after a shower, in the mornings. I know there’s nothing wrong with formula but I don’t know much about it either.
