Today I had really bad diarrhea so I took some Imodium (not even a full dose) so I wouldn’t poop myself running errands. Tonight I’m cramping so bad that I’m doubled over and crying. It hurts so bad. At first I couldn’t poop anymore and it was hard to fart. Then a little came out. Finally, more of the harder poop came out and then a huge rush of diarrhea. I felt relief after the diarrhea but now, just like 5 mins later, the pain is back. It’s similar to menstrual pains but lower and more harsh. Im on my last fertile day according to the app too.

This happens to me occasionally but after the diarrhea tsunami comes I’m better... It isn’t the same this time. I told my boss I’d come in today (I called out sick yesterday) but now I dont know if I can. I feel like my bowel is being twisted with a fork by the devil himself. I’m tired, and hurt so so much. I think I have some sort of IBD. Please help me. Should I call out in the morning? Anything to help my stomach?
