5 weeks tomorrow and everything hurts :(

Hello, so I will be 5 weeks tomorrow and I am literally hurting everywhere :( not really bad pains just kind of a constant, dull ache. My boobs feel like they're on fire, cramps in my lower abdomen, back ache, chest pains at times, shooting pains up my vagina and back passage at times... anybody else getting all these aches and pains?
