Scan tommorow advice!

Hello had a scan last Monday and they couldn't see anything only lining of my uterus and I thought I would of been about 5 weeks! Had my bloods done and they had risen by 88% in 48 hours they was at 2767 on Wednesday! Got a scan booked in for tomorrow should they now see at least a sac??
