I've started bleeding whilst on holiday, help!

I'm 15w 4d and today whilst I went to toilet I noticed pale pink staining on the loo roll and a tiny dot of red blood. I'm currently 3 hours away from home and I'm due to go home tomorrow, I'm not sure why what's going on and I'm freaking out, should I go home early and go straight to hospital?
