Going to tailand

Hi everyone I’m so nervous this is my first pregnancy and I’m 4 weeks and I’m travelling to tailand. I’m not sure if this is ok and safe for me and the baby, any help would be really appreciated. many thanks. since finding out I have been so worried and keep checking if my period is here please can everyone pray for me and advice me on my trip while being pregnant early stage .
