I can't get over him💔

we were together for 7 months and he cheated. and I know he's an Asshole but I still stay up crying every night. and I can't do anything all i want to do is stay home and be depressed. he still texts me all the time and says he loves me but I know he doesn't. can someone please give me some tips on how to get over him. it'll really Help😭
