Spotting- how much is to much

I am 35 weeks pregnant. I was spotting red, maybe a quarter size, this morning when i went to the bathroom. No mucus mixed in, just blood. Seems to have stopped but curious if I should call the telenurse or wait it out to make sure nothing else comes about. I have felt the baby kick since.
