It’s not a stupid question. It works the best with a handheld shower head. I put it a little bit away from my clit and turn it on the almost highest setting. To be completely honest I’ve tried this a few times and it never really works for me. Sometimes it’s a little painful, so I guess it’s different for everyone.

I don’t recommend the shower head... the faucet is the best if it comes out of the wall far enough just lay on your back with your feet slightly bent under the faucet and let the water run on your clit if u don’t feel anything lean upwards or move around

u don't have to have a hand held shower one all u need to do is adjust where u want the water to fall and then lay on your back or you can use the tub faucet lay on ur back
