Has anyone else had this happen??

So the other night my husband was wanting to get busy so he started playing with my boobs. As soon as he grabbed them, he let go and was like “holy fuck!! Your boobs are on fire but your nipples are freezing but not hard” and so I felt them because that was super weird and I didn’t notice anything until he said something. Since then my nipples have been hurting so bad and they have been freezing cold but not hard. Imagine the feeling of cold numb tingling toes but that’s how your nipples feel. My whole boob will be hot as hell except my nipples. They hurt so bad!!! Help me!!

Update: I have my annual OB appointment tomorrow so I plan to mention this!
