HELPPP ! When to pack hospital bag and what do i need ?

Please help!! Im a FTM and im 30 weeks pregnant. I dont have anything prepared. All i have is DUE IN JANUARY 
- pack of 5 newborn onsies
- three sleep n play pjs newborn size
- 3 hats and bunch of newborn socks
I think thats all i have for now :/

For Mom: Labor outfit if bringing your own, comfortable robe to nurse in, nursing bra, Earth Mama Angel Baby nipple butter, chapstick, hair ties, socks or slippers, going home outfit and shoes, toiletries, makeup, labor snacks, water bottle, cell phone and charger, wallet (with cash, insurance card, and ID)
For Baby: Going home outfits including hats in two sizes, socks, blanket, car seat installed in car
For Dad: toiletries, pajamas, change of clothes and underwear, snacks, cellphone and charger, wallet with cash and ID
Take as much as you can from the hospital including sanitary pads, diapers, spray bottles, nursing pads, sitz bath, numbing spray and anything you can get your hands on!!

I normally had my bag ready by 36 weeks since I had my son at exactly 37 weeks. I normally brought phone and charger, brush, toothbrush and toothpaste, comfortable clothes (2 days worth), underwear, socks, nursing bras, body wash and loofah, shampoo and conditioner, 2 outfits for the baby, 2 receiving blankets, carseat which was already installed in the car, and a couple of burp cloths. I'm a FTM too and this is what I took. For baby: 2 outfits (1 newborn and one 0-3 months since I didn't know how big baby would be), a swaddling blanket, socks and a hat (everything else was provided for us at the hospital). For me I packed a comfy shirt and sweats (to go home in), comfy socks, nursing bra, chapstick, phone charger, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hair brush and a hair tie. I didn't end up using the shampoo and conditioner or body wash  (it was provided for me at the hospital).

you just need one outfit for baby, a big blanket if it's cold where you live and the car seat. hospital should provide everything else but you can always call and ask.  here's a handy checklist
