1 week late according to glow

It’s now been 32 days since the day of my last period. On the day my last period started I decided I was going to go on birth control and took the pill for 6 days and stopped. Can this be the cause of my period being late or could I possibly be pregnant? I took a test a few days after my period was late but tested negative
