Depends on how your egg reserve is, for those with a low egg reserve (and a potential quality issue) 600mg is safe. Mine come in 300mg so I take it twice a day. I’ve heard others on glow take 200mg 3 times a day. Been taking mine a month and don’t feel any side effects. Don’t feel extra energy either though so am hoping they are working.
