19 weeks 💪🏻🏃🏻♀️🤰🏻how are you staying fit?
How are other moms staying fit in pregnancy? I’ve been pretty careful about eating for myself and a baby instead of for two. I’ve also been trying to get in at least 10,000 steps a day (my boobs are too sore to run) and lifting weights 3x/week.
