I went to the restroom and whipped my self . And I didn’t have my period for 4 months till last week I started bleeding.. I went to the gym (Wed) and worked out came back home everything was good (Thursday) went to the rest room and was spotting brown blood(old I guess)? And then I started bleeding regular red blood...
