Any lady who has used them please help me out!!! I pee every time I laugh sneeze cough and everything else pretty much😭😭comment ANY tips on how to use them how often what's the best brand andthing under the sun you can think of...thanks in advance

I love my kegel balls. I got a beginner set that's wrapped in silicone so it's easier to stay in but I'm constantly doing kegels so I need to go and get the more advanced that which is going to be just pure metal and it'll be harder to keep in. but they are awesome and it feels good to pull it out.
