My baby won’t sleep I feel like I’m going to go insane

My 4 month old isn’t sleeping she naps a few times through the day and come night as soon as I put her in bed she just screams!!! She sleeps for an hour max then is just crying the whole night I honestly feel like im going to break down I can’t get keep going like this 😩😩😩😩
