Has anyone had success with Beachbody Piyo?
I want and need to lose weight before we start TTC next spring, but I need some sort of plan to help me get started. I've known about Piyo for a while but never pulled the trigger.
I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this program and if so, what was your experience?
