i had the copper coil fitted 3/10/17 after I have just had a baby and I've had problems so far with it moving sometimes I feel the strings at the opening of my vagina and sometimes I can only just feel the strings at the top but i was supposed to have my period 4 days ago I have done a pregnancy test which is negative... for the past week sometimes I can't feel the strings and other times I can only just feel the strings I've got an appointment booked on Tuesday to see if it's still in place properly but my mum thinks I could be pregnant as I've been the same on contraception as she was at my age my mum got pregnant with the coil with me but it didn't show positive till she was 8 weeks pregnant on home tests but she went to the doctors and they did a test which was positive at 3 weeks... so I'm thinking could it be possible that I maybe pregnant again as you shouldn't miss your period with the copper coil .... Oh I also had my normal period last month thats why I'm confused why I havnt come on I've had a little but of feeling sick and pains but nothing major
