Which doctor do I go to?

So I’ve been having more of a smell lately . Sometimes it’s more of a fishy smell and sometimes it’s more of a yeasty smell. Do I make an appointment with my regular doctor or do I have to go to a gynecologist? Also does that sound like maybe a yeast infection ?

Gynecologist. Any type of odor down there typically means infection.

Either. If you have a gyno then I'd go there, but if don't, then your GP should be fine.

You can go to either. A general practitioner can run all the same tests. If they can’t help they’ll refer you to a GYN. I know where I live you can’t just make an appointment with a GYN. You need a referral from a GP first anyways (it helps keep the specialists free for things that GP can’t handle).
