Graco XL carseat

We got the XL graco carseat and we've only got one base currently. The lady I'm having watch her while I work wants to be able to take her to places when she goes. I am wondering how annoying it's going to be taking the base out daily for her to use. I really don't want to haul baby in with diaper bag then go haul in the base. then have to reput the base back in the next day. I did ask that she tell me what days she's going to go do stuff because I don't want to deal with it plus I need to know where my baby is going. just seeing if any of you can answer my question.
