First Ultrasound

Hi ladies, I had my first u/s today. I went to the ER because i was cramping and I got scared. Basically im 6weeks but im measuring 5w 4days. Tech couldn't see fetal pole or hear a heart beat. That made me sad and im a little bit worried. I have my first prenatal appt on Wednesday and I cant wait to bombard my gyn with all my questions.
