positive after loss a month ago.

i have revently miscarried 4 weeks ago. I have done this pregnamcy test as i felt pregant again but its saying I am 5 weeks plus, is this wrong? or is this possible that i didnt miscarry? I only had one blood test an not a follow up one so the miscarrige wasnt actually confirmed properly.
