Getting my iud out tomorrow but had sex today. Can I still get pregnant?

Talked to my doctor today when I get it out. There is a very tiny possibility but she said almost impossible

Definitely a possibility if you ovulate right after getting it out and still have viable sperm inside of you

It’s unlikely but there’s still a very very very slight possibility because sperm can live up to five days in the right conditions. 
I got mine out 10/19. Had sex the day before and the day of and I didn’t get pregnant. Currently in second Two week wait TTC.
