Is it in anyway possible to bleed damn near regularly during early pregnancy?

I’m on the pill but I suck at taking it and planned on getting the nuvaring. A week or so ago I took a pregnancy test (it was negative) because I felt completely off. I’ve been bleeding for a little over a week now. Consistently, but not enough to fill a pad or tampon at all. I still fee off but I’m not sure if I should take another test.. I’m still taking my pill but I haven’t stopped bleeding yet
