What kind of clothes to buy for my February baby?

Hey Mommies -  please help me figure out what kind of clothes to buy for my baby due in mid-February? My 1st one is May born so it was easier to shop and get all cotton clothes for her. 
I’m just trying to figure out if I should focus on getting all thick/warm outfits or a mix with cotton?! 
Would you recommend any other things that are a must have for February? I’m on the east coast so it’s likely going to be cold until late March...

I’m due in Feb too and we live in a cold climate. I’m planning on baby living in sleepers practically the whole time.

Depends on where you live and the weather. Where I live it’s going to be freezing and snow on the ground. And the majority of the time the baby will be in sleeping onesies, so I made sure to get thick onesies and winter outfits for him when I get out of the house.

Thanks all for ur comments! I’m thinking about just getting a mix of thick/thin onsies to get through the first couple weeks as we’re probably going to be home bound in the cold weather. Once the weather changes and the baby is a little more grown up then we’ll start getting cute spring/summer clothes! 😊

basically sleepers, 3 outfits long sleeves . Not taking the baby out for awhile just only to see the pediatrician for 1 week follow up.

I have been giving a lot of sleepers and onesie and i always will be buying some sleepers and long sleeve onesies...i am due in February as well

I do a lot of sleepers at least for the first few months. Preferably the footed ones. I have on February Baby and one November baby and our fourth is due in February too. One piece sleepers are so much easier to change too! I never used baby jackets or coats since I wore my babies on my chest in a baby wrap anytime we went out the first few months at least.

Im due in feb. get a mix because sometimes babies over heat. you can add clothes if a baby is cold but if you buy all heavy thick clothes you cant do anything but take it off. itll be a waste. congrats on baby!

Sleep sacks. First son born in November and he lived in those. Planning the same for this one in February and tons of onesies, my kids run ridiculously warm like their father so we go from one extreme to another.

I bought lots of sleepers and onesies with long sleeves and a lot of leggings for our baby girl :)
