What’s the best way to handle your anxiety?

Hello ladies!

I’ve found myself amidst lots of changes in my life: recently married, graduating in a few weeks, moving from home in a few months, and starting my post graduate career. I’m about to pick up everything I know and change it all.

However, while I am excited for all of these new changes, my anxieties are at an all time high. I’m not one that likes change, in fact, I rather like consistency. I’m not an overly social person so being in new environments and around new people really puts me outside my comfort zone. If it wasn’t for my husband, I would be a shy little hermit.

So my question is this: for those who have high anxiety like myself, how have you managed through major life changes? What methods have you found that work to calm you down among the chaos?
