Condom broke and I’m ovulating?

So my boyfriend and I were having sex the 18th. After he had came inside me and he pulled it out, there was a huge hole in the condom. I am on birth control but have been taking antibiotics and sometimes forget to take the pills anyways. (Bad, I know!) Anyways, what’s the chances of me getting pregnant? Also I’ve been cramping and spotting the day after what could that be? I just got off my period the 12th of this month and shouldn’t start until the 5th of December. It stopped but I still am freaking out? Also I know I’m not pregnant already I just figured this would be the best forum to post in
