Cruel joke
I MC In September at 5 weeks. This cycle I thought for sure I was pregnant. I had lower abdominal cramps 7 days before AF due, had brown spotting 4 days before AF due. Today AF due and I took a pregnancy test first thing this morning which showed a faint positive but I started my period today. I don’t know what to think anymore :(
