Could pain in both breasts be a very very early sign of pregnancy? Could it occur even before implantation? I've been experiencing shooting pains in both breasts that is on and off, not constant pain. They also hurt when my husband squeezes them (sorry TMI). My nipples are not sore though. I'm not sure how many DPO I am🤷‍♀️

I've never experienced any type of pain or breast tenderness throughout my cycles, neither during ovulation nor before/during AF. Any thoughts??
