Does my throat look normal

My throat is really dry and it kinda hurts

I wouldn't go as far as saying tonsillitis or strep but it's definitely inflamed. Could be anything from a common sore throat from a cold to an infection but to me it doesn't look that bad. A bit red and inflamed that's all. You can get a doctor to look at it and swab it and see. Usually with strep you have other symptoms like a fever and nausea. My tonsils are constantly large like that because I have tonsil stones. Could even be that. But doesn't look like strep to me... but I'm no doctor and I could be wrong. I would get it looked at.

Thank you everyone for the response. It might be a sore throat because I have a little cold. I would go to the doctors but I don’t have insurance so is there any suggestions on what I can do to make it feel better? I can’t take really any medicine because i have problems with my liver

Looks like you have tonsillitis or strep throat. I would definitely go to your doctor.
