3 month old so sleepy

Hi ladies. My son is almost 3 months and he sleeps a lot (always has). He naps every 90 minutes during the day and sleeps long hours at night. Sounds great, right? But I'm worried he's getting too hungry or dehydrated during the night. He's 12 weeks old and slept 11 hours last night. When we woke up this morning his lips were chapped and he was obviously starving. He goes to bed at 7 pm and usually wakes up around 2-4 am to eat but he slept all the way until 6 am. He makes little noises in his sleep but doesn't wake up. Should I wake him to feed? Also- will waiting so long possibly diminish my supply? We've been down to one feeding a night for at least a month and it hasn't been an issue. Thanks!
